「このホテルは空港ホテルですが、シャトルバスを電話で呼ばないと来ない仕組みです。徒歩圏だとよかったのですが、空港内のホテルですが移動に不便です。」

「I had a short business trip to the Fort Worth area. I got to the hotel after a long flight from Tokyo. The check-in process was smooth. My room was quite large and comfortable but it was a bit too dark -- needs better lighting. The buffet breakfast was very nice -- lots to choose from. The evenng cocktail hour was also very nice -- free beer and wine and enough light food to fill me up so that I skipped dinner. There is a small pool and it was nice to sit poolside after a long day of travel and...

「Para o preco, ótimo. Considerações a serem feitas: colado do aeroporto, os aviões passam acima do hotel, mas, não incomodou. Não ha limpezas diárias, mas, vc pode pedir toalhas, papel higiênico, pano de chão etc. Vc tem de jogar seu lixo fora. A cada 14 dias, apenas, há uma faxina por parte do hotel.」

「My husband & brother had a softball tournament in Grapevine,TX all weekend. Games after games they played teams after teams having a good time. After their fun it was time to unwind and retire. They came to your establishment to check in and was greeted by the manager. The staff was extremely polite and friendly and went beyond making my family feel comfortable and at home. I thank you for this. 5 STARS REVIEW」

「Not satisfied due to accidentally picked the wrong dates to stay and called customer service to see if they were able to change the dates and advised no they couldn’t i will never use a 3rd party ever again」

「The only thing I did not like about this place is for it to be an extended stay with a kitchenette and have no utensils or kitchenware was a surprise to me. I had to go buy my utensils and kitchenware. Other than that, it was nice and quiet. Clean. Lady in the office is very friendly. Maid was nice. People here are mostly quiet. Had no issues so far. Still here for another week. 」

「We were already staying in the area fir an event, then realized the eclipse was the very next day so we tried to extend our stay where we were at and the price went up $400 Wowzers!!! so we looked on VRBO and this listing was available with a reasonable rate, YAY!!! so we booked it with low expectations. We were SUPRIZED!!! to say the least. The place was clean, They were under renovations no annoying noise or messes. The complementary breakfast was really good. The best part was the staff was...

「The roaches were the only down side to staying here. I went through an entire can of Raid and that's even with fogging the room out. Everything about the room was in satisfactory to great condition but the roaches will make the nices places be a bad experience.」

I was surprised when they called me in the middle of a meeting to ask for permission to go into my room to replace a window (all the windows were being replaced). 「The house was an excellent accommodation for 7 adults. It was clean and comfortable. The location was fine but not within walking distance to the Stockyards. Our only problem was the lack of sufficient plates, glasses, coffee cups, and utensils for 7 people each meal.」
