"The breakfast food was very good and there were nice options. We had to get the room access (key) card redone six times in the first two days of our stay. That was very frustrating. We think they eventually changed the batteries on the lock and then it was fine. We had to live out of our suitcases for a ten day stay since there were no luggage racks or dressers. The closet only had three hangers. We asked for more and were told that was it. The one elevator worked like half of the time. You'd push the button, wait, and then the light would go off. Sometimes we'd get on the elevator, push the floor button, and nothing would happen. It was a game of chance."

"Clean place and nice staff"

"When I reserved for this room I expected to get the room I reserved. Instead when I entered the room that was assigned to me was not with partial ocean view. I went to let the staff know and they were giving me a hard time to change my room for what I had paid. Once they finally gave me the room I expected, I entered the room but the AC was not working so, again I had to go notify the staff ( it was fixed). After retyrning to my room from my day out the key to the room was not working to open the door, I again had to go to the front desk to get another key. I had to contact room service because the showere curtain was removed and not replaced. The bed I had was stained as well as pillow case. I expected better as this hotel is supposed to be "a 5 star hotel". I will not reserve there again."

"There was NO hot water. It wasn’t even warm. I couldn't call the front desk because the phone wasn’t working. Ac worked well, and staff was pleasant. We left early because of the water situation, so didn’t have breakfast."

"The condo was perfect in every way! It was very clean and delightfully decorated. The bed was very comfortable with a great view of the Gulf. Watching the sunrise with Coffee on the balcony was a special treat. The kitchen was great also. Everything was top notch. Karen has thought of everything. The beach chairs, umbrella and wagon were also very much appreciated. Last, but not least is that Karen was extremely responsive and made sure that I had made it into the condo easily with very clear directions. She made the whole process very easyEverything went very smoothly. I would not hesitate to stay there again."
