「Parking lot was well lit and easy access to room. Great location for visiting Phil Foster Park. Check-in was easy and host was very friendly. My room overlooked the garden which is well-maintained and pretty.」

「I booked this room for one night we were greeted by a security guard to check us in !! No front desk!!! thanks god it was only one night the Orchid has a great location but the hotel is very outdated you feel like walking down a prison hallway dim lighting and mold smell. The room Was small no information about the place no water!! No front desk! They had a some kind of large blue WiFi that would stay on lit half the room up hard to sleep broken fire alarm the pillows seem like they where from...

「This was our second time staying. We truely enjoy our time at The Singer and hope to return for our next trip! The property is clean, welcoming and family friendly. The front desk team was always helpful. We love the pool and being able to walk right to the beach. The towel service is very nice. 「I would like to shout out the photographer of this property. They need a raise! The place was very run down. It's in a rough area, neighborhoods didn't feel inviting. We could hear traffic from our room, and the train went by several times. The room was described as "able to sleep 4." Well, that was simply impossible. There was 1 king size bed. No couch. No futon. 「The resort overall is great, but we were put in a room that reeked like cigarette smoke. When we mentioned it to management they were unable to do anything for the first evening and even on the second evening, they only offered another cleaning to help mitigate the odor, which only worked for one evening. Overall these rooms really need an overhaul. 」
