These items are intended to get you through the first few days of your stay. If you anticipate needing more, please plan to bring additional supplies.
✫ The living room mini split is not operating which is why we we have bedroom window units. The upstairs mini split does function and will help cool the main living area

Cleaning: Our cleaners are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations (doorknobs, surfaces, light switches, remote controls, tables, fan and lamp chains, thermostats etc).

Conway, New Hampshire, nestled in the heart of the White Mountains, is a picturesque town renowned for its stunning natural beauty. Outdoor enthusiasts flock to Conway for its abundant recreational opportunities, including hiking, skiing, and snowboarding in the nearby mountains. With its vibrant community spirit and access to the great outdoors, Conway truly embodies the essence of New England living.

Getting Around:
5 minute drive to the restaurants and shops of downtown North Conway. 10-12 minute drive to the closest grocery store and drug stores.

Other Things to Note:
We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property (front door) facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record. We also have a Minut noise monitor system located inside the property in the kitchen/living room. This is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, it does not record anything, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. These are to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure.
