Spacious 2 bedroom condo

This is a spacious first floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo that has been recently renovated and is in a safe convenient location. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the second room offers two twin beds. Keyless entry.

One assigned parking space.
Trailers, boats, buses, commercial vehicles displaying logos and RV’s are not allowed to be parked on premises.
A $200 per pet fine if in unit + damages and cleaning.
10p quiet time inside/outside.
No pets, commercial vehicles, parties, visitors or “gatherings” allowed.
The unit is set up with necessary amenities but not replenished during your stay.

It’s a very nice neighborhood and it just so happened to be a mile from where I needed to be to see my daughter who just moved there. The beach is 30 minutes away, but a super easy drive. So clean and very comfortable!

What an amazing condo! Beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean in a quiet neighborhood. Great access to Charleston and Summerville, groceries, and restaurants. We had the pleasure of meeting the host and it’s apparent she cares about her guests and their comfort. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Charleston!

Overall was a great location. Close to everything but quiet. Pool was nice. Only complaint was not being able to enjoy the back patio as much due to growing beehives.

You’ll Love This Place!

My sister & I stayed at this property this weekend. We had a great experience from the beginning. The property was clean, well stocked with the basics & very comfortable.The property was within 15-25 of downtown, outlets, restaurants & other stores.The owner was easily assessible & very accommodating.We definitely will stay again when in the Charleston area.

Awesome place

My stay was excellent. Even though we could hear little feet up stairs. I always got quite around 10. Just mentioned this, because I seen it on other post. No complaints at all. Any other trips to Charleston I will definitely be book here. Host is definitely awesome!

Excellent property

This property is a short 20-30 minutes from historic Charleston. We found the drive to be a reasonable trade off for the lower cost and high quality of this property. The host was very friendly and quickly responded to all questions. We would definitely stay here again if we are back in the area.

Great Stay for Family

The communication from the host was great! We stayed here with our 2 grown daughters while we were in town for a wedding. Having 2 full bathrooms was perfect for our family. We appreciated being allowed to check in a couple of hours early to change for the wedding. The condo was extremely clean and very comfortable. We also appreciated the little extras like the bottles of water and coffee/tea station. The beds were comfortable as well. The condo is in a neighborhood with easy access to the major highways. We also enjoyed a day at Folly Beach which was about 30 away.

Send off to the Citadel

My daughter and I stayed at this wonderful condo as we were dropping my grandson off for his first year at the Citadel. Condo is very clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was remarkable. We would stay here again for future visits.

We enjoyed this property. It had everything we needed. Everything was kept clean and the pool was so close to us. Perfect stay for my little family. Our only complaint would be the master bedroom box springs need to be replaced. Every time my husband or I moved it woke us up. It sounded terrible. Other than that we couldn’t complain about anything.

Nice and Comfortable

Annette was accurate in her description. She left us a pamper box that was so thoughtful. The apartment was nice and it had everything we needed for our stay. Downtown Charleston is about 20 to 25 minutes away. Folly Beach was about 45 minutes away. Isle of Palms was about 40 minutes away. If you don't want to stay downtown or at the beach, this place is perfect. The only complaint we had was that the floors were sticky and the master bedroom with the queen size bed the box spring was so squeaky that we had to sleep in the living room from time to time. One move on the bed the box spring would squeak. This needs to be replaced.
