「I'll start by saying I've rented through VRBO for many years & I have NEVER encountered a property owner such as this man. I've never left a property anyway other then the way it was found. I rented this property for my partner & my dad, like I've done before. My dad has gone to this area every year for about 20 years now & never had an issue until this time. 「The hot water for the shower didn’t get hot and didn’t have enough hot water for two of us to complete a shower this morning. The electrical outlets and the lamps by the bed did not work, which prevented us from reading in bed, which was not great. The bathroom hairdryer didn’t work and kept resetting, but couldn’t power on. The property was nice, but some of these issues were real deterrent from us coming back」
