「Great place for the price 」

「Property was fairly clean but the hallways were going thru a renovation.」

「Arlene!!!! She is the front desk lady and the best hotelier i’ve met! Not just friendly and gracious but helpful and a pleasant presence! She wasn’t just at the front desk, but i observed her working tidying up in several areas!」

「Modern, clean, organized, quiet. Only thing to criticize is the grout in the shower was moldy and behind the bed was dusty. Caulking was also due for a replacement. It was Memorial Day weekend in a resort town and so I understand the surprising cost.」

「I was expecting daily cleaning. Had to ask for toilet paper the 2nd day and then they offered to replace towels. Donuts on the breakfast bar were moldy. I was disappointed in paying for daily services. Would certainly stay again if the price reflected the service received. 」

「Bathroom sing was dirty it has someone hairs. It seemed like someone shaved hair and it’s just sitting there. It’s gross!! The fridge wouldn’t close at all. The light is too dim not bright enough! 」

「My granddaughters and I were in Wisconsin Rapids for a gymnastics competition. We came up the day before. The girls and I had a wonderful time swimming in the hotel pool, it was nice and warm. The owner was very nice and the beds were very comfortable.」

「Had to run the shower for several minutes, never got hot water, barely lukewarm. The room was cold, ran heat for over an hour before it warmed up. Dirty mattress standing in the hall.」

「For the price of the room this place was great. It had everything you needed. It doesn't have a lot of extras. Granted it's not a five-star hotel but it had a TV, it had a makeshift fireplace, and a cabinet. It had a nice desk/table, mini refrigerator, microwave. The room was not perfect as far as the walls there's some spots that might need to be painted but to me that's nothing. The bed was nice and comfortable no lumps. Overall it was a nice stay. I would give this five stars. Not based on...

「This is an older property that has been upgraded. Good size room. Fridge and microwave were a nice touch. They don't provide small soaps, shampoo, kleenex, room phone, or tv and heat/air instructions. The bed frames stuck out beyond the mattress making it easy to stub your toes. Beds and pillows were comfortable and clean. Nice size towels. Generally quiet. 」

「Older but clean motel with friendly staff and great rates. We had just come in from a cold rain to find no heat or hot water. 」
