「This house needs work. One night a window broke and kept us awake. The next night the spouting banged against the house for hours. Some of the doors and door knobs don’t work properly. The host clearly knew the lock box wasn’t working, but hadn’t fixed it or told us before we arrived. We had to wait about a half hour before the issue was resolved.
