「one important reason that i booked this is because it has a 10 out of 10 rating from expedia. when i arrived there ,i realized its google map rating is like 3.5. The real property name is hidden in expedia when i booked.」

「The listing mentions entire apartment but it is a motel. Good for a motel , but listing needs to be accurate. There was no daily room cleaning.」

「We made it all the way to Seattle and the host claimed it was doubled booked. Meanwhile it was booked a few weeks ahead of time. The host could’ve reached out to us way before us arriving to make preparations on a refund. So unprofessional and last minute. Instead of her letting us know someone was in her place she text I’m looking forward to hosting you. Bad business I would never book here or suggest this host to anyone.」

「A group of friends (6 total) stayed here together for a resting place for just one night so didn'tneed much. One inconvenience was that the bathrooms were only accessible through either bedroom sincr the door to the common space of the bathroom was locked with no doornob. So for those sleeping on the air mattress in the common area, they had to go through a bedroom. Sunday morning landscapers came at about 10:00 which was noisy but we were on our way out anyways. 「It started with a glitch on Expedia app showing after I booked the hotel was called King Bed, which was incorrect. We called them and after many attempts found out it was Lake Washington Inn. The location was the absolute worst in the middle of massive road construction. We arrive at the front desk at 2:45pm and a girl at the desk said it would cost use $10 to check in early. Early? 15min? So we sat in our car for 12minutes. When we went back in at exactly 3:00 she had checked in someone else!...
