"I want to start by saying I felt a bit misled when I booked this place. The photos online didn’t match what I saw when I arrived. It wasn’t clear that the property is both a hotel and a motel, and most of the pictures only showed the hotel side. I think the website should be more transparent about that. That said, I don’t want to blame the staff. The room itself was clean for a motel-style setup, which I appreciated. The morning staff were especially helpful and friendly. There were a couple of issues with the room — the TV didn’t work, and the bathroom fan was very loud (to the point where I had to use the bathroom in the dark). But after I reported these problems, they responded quickly and fixed things right away, which I definitely give them credit for. In the afternoon, I interacted with two staff members. The man was very helpful and clearly wanted to make sure I had a good experience. The woman, however, came across as a bit cold and not very engaging. Overall, while there were some frustrations, the staff did their best to address the issues and make my stay better. I don’t think it’s a bad place, but I do think the listing should be more accurate so guests know what to expect."

"Decent hotel. Rooms are clean, staff is very helpful. Breakfast was mediocre, but nice to save a few dollars on eating out. The towels in the room are ver small and not absorbent, but overall for the price, it’s not a bad stay. "

"It was cool during the night, wasn’t a duvet just blanket, was a small hole between the window frame and window. The heating fan was so loud, couldn’t sleep over the night."

"The house is small but totally adequate for our purpose to give us space to visit when not doing the rodeo stuff. We appreciated the washer & dryer and the kitchen especially. The street is quiet but yet close to everything we needed. Not being from the area, we found some sort of bug crawling on the floors and walls - not a huge issue but just wondered about it? Maybe the host could give some info on this."
