「Die Kommunikation auf französisch mit der vermieterin war gut, die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung , der Garten ist sehr schön, es ist eine ruhigere Gegend, die Strasse neben dem Haus ist durch die Kopfsteinpflaster etwas laut. Küche ist gut eingerichtet, bei den Handtüchern hätte es bei 10 Tage Aufenthalt gerne eins mehr sein können. Leider hatten wir sehr kühle Tage, da war auch die Wohnung eher kalt. Die Vermieterin hat , nach unserem Nachfragen, den Kamin aktivieren lassen. Das war gut....

「Overall this was a good stay. The riverfront, Cockburn’s & a fantastic Fado restaurant is within easy walking distance Our choice of room was double-booked & we were given the larger house. The ac had been turned off because the nights were cool. The problem was the day was very warm & the house was stuffy and we were told that we couldn’t leave the door open. The owner turned the ac on later in the night & it was very pleasant afterward.」

All needs were catered for and the images online do not do the property justice - far better. So spacious and full of amenities/equipment. 「Loved the room. Very spacious, nice, and clean. The shower alone was amazing and deserves 5 stars on its own. The staff was very accomodating to my plant-based breakfast request and made sure I had enough food. Our room safe battery died right before our check out and the staff resved the issue in a very professional and fast manner. The area is great too. Would stay here again. 」
