「The hotel is a bit off the beaten path but the amenities of the hotel were what sold us, however the sauna and hot tub were not available, nor were options to look at any of the farm to table process that the website mentions. Room temperature is controlled by staff and our room was HOT! We had asked that it be set cooler but that did not happen so it was hard to get to sleep. With all of that said, the pool area was lovely! The breakfast was incredible and the staff are very lovely.」

「Title: Wonderful stay at Quinta Bosque das Fantasias ★★★★★ We stayed at Quinta Bosque das Fantasias for one night and absolutely loved it. The infinity pool overlooking the hills is stunning, and the whole Quinta is perfect for escaping the city and enjoying some proper relaxation. The food was absolutely out of this world. The veal...

「Our stay at Casa do Rio was exceptional. There are 10 rooms with stunning views of the Douro River and vineyards. Our room was spotless and tastefully decorated, and we were welcomed with a plate of fresh figs and white port and all ingredients to make portonics. The grounds are lovely with an infinity pool overlooking the river and two semi private fresh water dunking pools. The food and was outstanding! We made our dinner selections earlier in the day and were treated to an exquisite...

「We had a wonderful stay here, a real home from home. The communal breakfast was very sociable, the rooms were comfortable & quiet, the pool was great. It's a beautiful place in a beautiful area, and we would love to stay again!」
