  • My accommodations are in the middle of nature, in a charming 17th century property on the banks of the "wild Erdre". Remarkable, wooded site, located in a loop of the Erdre, at the end of a 1km driveway lined with bicentennial oak and chestnut trees.
Large garden with trees, flowers all seasons.
Comfortable cottage, decorated with care, family home spirit. Ideal for a family with 2 children or for 2 couples.
    67m2.
On the first floor, living room and kitchen overlooking the garden, toilet.
Upstairs, 1 bedroom with double bed 160x200cm, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 90x200cm; possibility to put them in twin beds. Bathroom with large shower 90x90cm, sink and shelves.
Very comfortable bedding. Percale sheets and duvet covers, household linen, towels and pool towels provided.
    Baby equipment available on request.
Open garden with garden furniture, barbecue, swings and slide for children, ping-pong table with rackets and balls.
Heated swimming pool of the owners (11mx4.50m) at your disposal from mid-April to early October depending on the weather, from 10am to 6.30pm every day except Sunday in summer. Mandatory presence of an adult with minors.
Ideal for lovers of calm, nature, fishing, canoe trips, bike rides, for horse riding enthusiasts or for wildlife observers (birds, squirrels, deer, hares etc)...
Multiple walks on site and in the nearby surroundings: Nantes to Brest Canal, Rigole alimentaire, Etang de Vioreau...
Welcoming your horses to the meadow.
Direct sale of tomatoes and apples in season.
    Aquatic centre in Nort.

Gorgeous location

Had a lovely few days at the property. The property met our needs, the garden space was gorgeous. The only drawback was WiFi wasn’t working, but that meant we had to disconnect from social media. Thanks for having us

A peaceful oasis in a beautiful location

The gite was beautifully furnished and very well equipped with everything that we needed and more. The garden with lots of shade and furniture to eat or relax outside was a great bonus. The only tiny downside was that the only toilet is downstairs which if you need a visit in the night is not so convenient but easily manageable. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

Idyllic France at its best!

This property was absolutely beautiful. A farmhouse setting with apple orchards all around, this was the perfect place to stay when visiting the Loire Valley. Genevieve and Dinis were fabulous hosts who made us feel so welcome with fresh apples and tomatoes provided for us, as well as access to a lovely swimming pool that was most welcome at the end of a busy day traveling around Nantes, Angers, Chateaubriand to name a few. The gite was well furnished, very clean, and had lovely French white linen on the bed. I would highly recommend this property.
