Summary:
Enjoy a relaxing beach vacation in the fully renovated, pet-friendly OV Harborage Suite. This modern 750 sq. ft. 1-bed/1-bath condo on the 1st floor offers comfort and style. Shared spaces include fire pits and ample seating. Please note, ongoing city construction may cause noise during business hours and significant water pooling in 5th bay. For more details, feel free to contact us before booking.
The Space:
This suite sleeps up to two guests and has one bedroom and one bathroom. The bedroom has a queen sized bed and also includes full bedding and ample storage. The bedroom has nightstands, dresser, and a closet.
The living room has ample space for relaxation and has a Smart TV with high-speed WIFI.
There is one fully equipped bathroom with shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils, appliances, and dinnerware needed for cooking during your stay.
All linens/bedding, including 2 sets of bath towels, are provided.
This unit is pet friendly. When pets are left alone, please ensure they are left in crates or secured in bedrooms.

There is free parking on premises for one car, per apartment.

Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

The fireplace is a charming decorative feature, meant to add ambiance rather than be used.
