Cozy Suite - Pet friendly, Beach Side by RedAwning

This Suite is perfect for anyone travelling light and who does not need an

abundance of space and still wants to be very close to the beach.



This suite consists of one large room with one Queen Size Bed, one full

bathroom and one kitchenette area.



The kitchenette consists of a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and

toaster. We also have a 40" Smart TV and High Speed WiFi. It is a 1 minute

walk to the beach and you don't have to cross any roads.



The space



We are the size of a hotel room, but we also offer a galley kitchen and a full

bathroom with a combined bathtub and shower. We are just a few yards from the

sandy beaches.

We are beach side, just steps from the boardwalk that takes you right to the

sandy beaches. We also offer a charcoal grill for grilling outside.



We are also Pet Friendly with a small pet fee.







Pet Fee is $99 per pet and per stay plus tax and processing fees.



If not disclosed prior to your stay, the pet fee is $300



Pets must be house trained and stay off of bedding and furniture



An Extra Cleaning fee of $99 will be charged to remove pet hair from bedding

or furniture



Extra Charges:



Early Check-In for 1 PM - $75 (if available) Late Check-Out at 1 PM - $75 (if

available)



Normal Check Out is 10 AM. A fee of $45 per hour is charged beginning at

10:05 AM



Cleaners are on a schedule and can not be kept waiting!



This is a Family/Residential unit and area. No loud music or noise. Quiet

hours begin at 9 PM.
