Checked in two rooms for 4 nights and they both smelled like cigars. The smell wouldn't leave even when aired out with the AC. When the AC was left on for a few hours, it would leak into the rooms carpet. The only upside is that the area is very quiet and close to everythibg.

As we checked-in it was discovered that the toilet seat was broken. The issue was reported to front desk two consecutive days but it wasn't fixed. Also, request for change the bed sheets was ignored.

There's homeless people around always asking for money. Im not heartless I bought them some food. But really. Im not happy with my stay. If i could rank it 1-5 1 being bad 5 being great. My rating would be 1

I was upset that there was cigarette burn holes in my sheets and dirt on my sheets in my bed. I was also disappointed that there was no breakfast served when that was part of the advertised package I bought. The pool looked clean and inviting but I did not get a chance to use it. There was also a heavy odor or marijuana near the office and around the rooms.

Room was fine, lamp shades were foggy but honestly it’s obvious this hotel use to not be smoke free in some rooms. Quiet in the room, clean sheets and bathroom. A hole in the wall saying ‘Kyle was here’ with a punch in it was funny and concerning. Definitely not a good family vacation hotel, please stay away from Norfolk, families. But it was fine for solo business or budget couples travel. Not the worst option if you’re trying to get to VA beach but totally not the best. Staff was friendly, and listened to any concerns. Bring a wheel lock with you as motor thefts are common.

The room started off with us needing to have someone come change the battery in the smoke detector that was beeping every 20 seconds or so. It looked as if the room hadn't been rented in a while with the dust on the desk and dresser. There was a hole in the wall like someone had punched it with toilet paper shoved in the hole, but not even closely repaired. Then the bathroom, OMG, there was poop spread on the walls from someone that stayed prior and didn't wish to use the toilet paper just below their smears. It was horrific. How could this have been missed when cleaning the room and preparing it for the next customers. Then.... we are in a non-smoking room, the hotel says all rooms are non-smoking but when you make a reservation you can request a smoking room. My Mother who was with me is on oxygen so we needed to be in a non-smoking room. All we could smell was weed burning. Very disappointed, will not be returning and it definitely makes me reconsider staying in any other Days Inn or Wyndham Resort!!!

Very dirty, no hygiene at all. The customer service was poor- the reception was playing live game on the cellphone with his friends. The room was super dirty, bedsheets and towels were uncleaned and full of black marks, and stains...etc. I have taken pictures will share.

The front desk staff was very unprofessional, couldn’t find a room when I arrived even though I booked the room weeks in advance. The room smelled bad, the television didn’t work, the toilet was not secured properly to the floor, the next door patron was out front of my door with his music playing and singing past 1:30am. I checked out a day early. I was booked for 2 nights but left after one night. Horrible!!!

Immeuble semble à l'abandon autant à l'extérieur que dans les chambres. Mauvais entretien. Besoin de rénovations. Un ascenseur semblait être défectueux depuis longtemps. Pas de petit déjeuner au moment de notre visite contrairement à ce qui est annoncé. Pas offert de compensation. Je ne recommande pas sauf si vous cherchez un endroit bien situé pour dormir pour le moins cher possible.

We did not like anything. The room was smelly, dead bugs everywhere, toiket did not work and no water pressure in the shower. The rooms dont look like anything as advertised. Supposed to have a continental breakfast, that was false advertising, no breakfast. The are around the place was unsafe and dirty, garbage everywhere. The elevators did not work had to walk up stairs which had bugs everywhere. This place should not even be opened to the public.
