"The listing talks about a beach steps away is an overstatement as it really is just a boat launch. Luckily there is a very nice beach a short drive away called Ledgewood. The cabin/house was just right for our reunion. Sadly the smokey air made it difficult for us to be outside for long stretches as we had littles with us! We were able to filter cool the air in the front space but bedrooms were stuffy with only fans!Overall we had a nice family gathering!"
