The apartment underwent extensive renovations in early 2025. The Meeresloft building is a KFW Energy Efficiency House 100. As such, the apartment features triple-pane windows, a controlled ventilation system, electric exterior blackout blinds, and ultra-efficient lighting in the ceiling spotlights. Fiber-optic internet connection available.<br>The apartment is located on the side of the building facing away from Kirchstraße (“courtyard side”). Kirchstraße itself is characterized by a quiet yet very central location. Weststrand is approximately 240 m away, and the Kurplatz with its adjacent bathhouse is about 350 m away. <br><br>The amenities can be described as follows:<br><br>All rooms feature high-quality wood-look designer flooring and ceiling spotlights. <br><br>The bedroom has a box spring bed measuring 1.60 m x 2.00 m and two wardrobes. From the bed, you can comfortably watch the flat-screen TV, which includes a Sonos soundbar, mounted on the opposite wall. The floor-to-ceiling window opens fully and leads out to the terrace.<br><br>The living room is the heart of the apartment. It can be divided into living, dining, and kitchen areas. <br>Just like in the bedroom, the floor-to-ceiling window opens fully, allowing access to the terrace from here as well.<br>The sofa bed can be pulled out “forward,” creating a sleeping surface measuring 1.40 m x 2.00 m, which can accommodate two people. The 43-inch QLED Smart TV, complete with a Sonos surround sound system, invites you to relax. A PlayStation 4 with various games is also available.<br><br>The dining area consists of a round table with a diameter of 105 cm and four chairs. <br><br>The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, including a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, range hood, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, hand blender, toaster, automatic coffee maker, induction cooktop, oven, and more. Appliances are by Siemens.<br><br>The bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower, is equipped with fixtures from Keuco. The high-quality wall mirror is illuminated (and dimmable).<br><br>The private terrace, which is not visible from the street and belongs exclusively to the apartment, features a table with four chairs as well as two teak deck chairs, each with a cushion. The cushions can be conveniently stored in the Biohort box. You’ll also find a clothes drying rack here.<br><br>The non-smoking apartment is approximately 43 square meters in size. It can accommodate a maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults and up to 2 children. <br><br>For our younger guests, a travel crib with bedding, children’s tableware, and various games, books, and art supplies are available. <br><br>The building has a laundry room with a washer and dryer. It is available to all guests and operates on a coin-operated basis. <br><br>We love pets. However, out of consideration for our guests with allergies, we cannot allow pets to stay with us.
