"Die Lage ist super, Fenster ruhig zum Innenhof. Das Appartement war sehr sauber, großes Lob an die Reinigungskraft. Empfang war auch sehr freundlich, der Kollege hat mir sogar meinen Koffer hochgetragen. Bad ist relativ neu, das Bett sehr bequem. Der Wohn/Schlafraum ist viel zu voll, die Möbel und die Dekoration wirken zusammen gewürfelt. Ich bin Innenarchitektin und würde folgendes empfehlen: Schrank/Vitrine neben dem Bett entfernen. "Pros: Wir waren gemeinsam mit unserem Kind für eine Woche in dieser Ferienwohnung. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war super. Es gabe viele Sachen für Kinder (Reisebett, Sitzerhöhung, Spiele usw.) und uns hat es auch auch nichts fehlt, die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Die gebuchten Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren auch alle da und sauber. Die Lage ist auch klasse, da die Wohnung sehr zentral gelegen ist. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und hoffen bald mal wieder einen Urlaub in dieser Wohnung verbringen...

"Im Gegensatz zur Info ist diese Wohnung eher für zwei als für vier Personen geeignet.Einige Sachen müssten mal erneuert werden(Kopfkissen, Duschkabine…..)Es wäre schön, wenn ein Kombiniertes Gerät (Mikrowellen/Ofen) da wäre, es fehlt ein Backofen. Wir waren mit 2 Kindern (24Jahre) dort, da wäre ein Gerät von Vorteil gewesen."

"Der Vermieter reagierte nicht auf meine Mail. Sowohl vor Antritt der Reise - Zugangsdaten gab es erst auf Nachfrage - In der Wohnung lagen keinerlei Hinweise bzw. sonstige Informationen.Das Waschbecken im Badezimmer war / ist verstopft. Das Wasser lief sehr langsam ab. Auch hier, keine Reaktion des Vermieters auf meine Mail. Wäre schön gewesen, wenn es für solche Fälle eine Info mit Ansprechpartner vor Ort gegeben hätte. Das Treppenhaus wirkt etwas verlebt. Störend waren auch die Nachbarn, die im hinteren Schlafzimmer recht laut rüberkommen. Ist bei der engen Bauweise auch unumgänglich."
