On the ground floor, you'll find the hallway with a wardrobe and mirror, the bathroom with toilet, shower, and hairdryer, and a well-equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, oven with microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, and excellent kitchenware.

In the living area, the comfortable sofa invites you to relax, and you'll enjoy cable TV on a flat-screen television, as well as a DVD and CD player.

The south-facing loggia offers a place to enjoy the outdoors.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed.

A high chair or a travel cot (for children up to approximately 2 years old) is available upon request.
