Ukena | Spacious upstairs apartment with a view of the garden | North Sea

This stylish apartment on the North Sea is located on the upper floor of the historic residential building—the so-called “Vorderende” of the Gulfhof Fresena. The apartment features two bedrooms, a spacious living and dining area with an additional sleeper sofa, and a bright, naturally lit bathroom. Thanks to its unique location in the gable end, it offers a beautiful view of the park-like garden—on three sides.

Restored historic doors, windows, and wooden floorboards tell the story of the house and blend harmoniously with modern underfloor heating to create a place full of charm and comfort—perfect for your vacation on the North Sea.
