「お店があったり、プールがあったり、とにかく敷地が広くて開放的でした。部屋も、入り口にテーブルがあって、外を見ながらの朝食やディナーはリゾート気分満載で優雅な気分になりました。浴室が一つしかないという点が不便でしたが、プールのところにシャワーやサウナがあるのでそこを利用すれば何とかＯＫな感じでした。ホテルオリジナルのＴシャツが欲しかったのですが、サイズが品切れでそこがどうしても残念でした。スタッフもフレンドリーですし、とても楽しかったです。鳥のさえずり、爽やかな風など居心地のよさは素晴らしい。スーパーや商店も近く、ヌーサヘッズにも程よい距離。立地も最高です。」

「Location was spot on. Traffic noise and upper aparment chair dragging was challenging but did die down at bedtime which meant the sliding balcony doors stayed closed for noise control. The lounge on the advertisement was much larger in seat capacity than small and uncomfortable sofa actually in the apartment Not so perfect」

「We had no issues with picking up the keys (short drive away) and the unit complex had off street parking (1.9m clearance). The unit itself is dated and slightly on the small side but clean and comfortable. Easy walking distance to beach, cages and shops. We picked it so we could attend a function at the Wharf, which was just across the road. The hosts were very good at responding quickly to inquiries and provided comprehensive information about your stay via email. I thought it was a tad...

"Our room was Tree top villa with three bedroom(two has balcony), three bathroom (two has a bathtub), spacious dining kitchen equipped with a big fridge, filtered water tap, five rings, an oven, a microwave, and cutlary but kitchen knives are really bad (they are like stake knives, not for cutting vegetable. I actually shaved my nail and finger tip accidentally) and a separate living room with a TV and lounge sofa. The floor was dirty with sand or some kind of dirt, not cleaned well. I felt something against bottom of my feet as I walked around the villa. The room floor needs proper cleaning before they check the guests into the room. Dominique, the receptionist was the best when we left the hotel very early in the morning. The bus that we booked to leave the hotel for the Brisbane international airport was supposed to pick us up at 3:55 am but not there so she called the company to check whereabout of the bus so that we would rest assured the bus was on its way to the hotel. Her help concluded our trip with great hospitality and willingness to help with the guests. I would like to extend the gratitude to her on behalf of my group. "
