Week long stay at Villa Esmeralda

We had a wonderful week at Villa Esmeralda. The house suited our needs perfectly. The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of beach gear. The outdoor area and pool was our favorite part. We spent every morning and night outside after we got back from our activities for the day. It is a quiet area but still close to the grocery store, restaurants, and beaches. Would highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic Noord House

We loved our stay at Villa Esmeralda. Frode was very responsive and great to communicate with. The house was in a quiet neighbourhood and it was in a great location - easy to access all parts of the Island. We really appreciated the shady parts of the yard and the pool.

I loved this airbnb! it’s beautiful, well located, and Frode was an excellent communicator and host. If you want to stay in a home during your stay to Aruba and still be perfectly close to all the spots, Villa Esmeralda is the best!

Great property and location

We enjoyed the Villa Esmeralda especially its outdoor amenities- great place to chill with pool, hammocks , lounge area and outdoor dining area. Frode was very responsive and answered all our questions in a very timely fashion. He checked in with us to ensure all was good. We will definitely be returning in the future visit to Aruba.

Awesome One Happy Villa

This place was just plain outstanding. Large bedrooms with good size living space and kitchen but the best part of the villa was the outdoor areas. The pool was great, and much needed on those hot Aruba days. The sitting area with a large outdoor sofa, grill, and family size dinner table was very enjoyable, we spent our mornings just lounging here. The afternoons, after our fun in the sun, was spent napping in the hammocks. Frode was an excellent host and was very quick to respond to all our questions prior to arriving, once there he gave us all the space we wanted. The location was excellent, close to great beaches and the high rise resort areas for dinner. We highly recommend this villa to families or just a couple like us.

Awesome home in a great location

8 of us stayed at this property for our Christmas break and has a great time. 5 min drive to the beach and shopping area. The property has a great outdoor area with plenty of sun and shade areas. The house was clean and spacious and has everything you need. Would 100% stay here again when we visit next time. The property owner is great and very responsive

Great Getaway

The outdoor space at Villa Esmeralda is fantastic! The pool, the hammocks, the 2nd floor patio, the bbq area, the outdoor bathroom - we loved it! The house itself is quite nice - the kitchen is well stocked with appliances, etc, the living room space is very cozy, the beds were comfortable and the shower on the main floor (the only one we used) was great. The house does show its age in a few places, the stairs are definitely a bit sketchy (not a toddler-proof type of place), and we found it a bit odd that there were no dressers/drawers for clothes, just hangers. But that stuff is really all minor. The location was quiet and easy to drive to beaches or restaurants. The host is very easy to communicate with and was very helpful when a small issue (beyond their control) arose.

50th birthday trip for my wife

My wife and I had a great vacation. Property was near everything. Tropical paradise in backyard. Frode was very professional and if we ever message him he got back quick. Great place and we would definitely go back

Wonderful family vacation

The house was exactly what we expected with the exception of the step stair case going upstairs. Other than that we really enjoyed the house especially the outdoor bathroom. Frode was amazing with amazing from the second we booked until we arrived back home. He was extremely responsive to all questions, whenever we requested recommendations we were always happy with choices. It was a wonderful stay and we can't wait to return.

Great stay!

The location was perfect to the beach and restaurants. We felt comfortable and safe. The home was clean and sleek. We would definitely stay again :) the outdoor bathroom was a definite plus for showering when coming home from the beach and using the facilities while enjoying the outside backyard.

Great property with a very attentive host

This beautiful 3-bedroom house has a private pool in its enclosed backyard. Two bedrooms on the first floor share one fancy bathroom with rainfall shower. The master bedroom on the second floor has its own fancy bath with soaker tub and rainfall shower. Steps to the third floor bedroom are unusually steep. Host stayed in touch and was quick to answer questions about the house, recommend restaurants, etc. We couldn't be happier with our stay. Note, a rental car will be necessary as the house is not near the beach or hotels.

Perfect Stay!

Frode was very helpful and showed concern anytime we had concern. He helped us with the arrangements of renting a vehicle, tours in Aruba, and pick up from airport. The villa was very home-y. Very clean. And everything you need to make your stay a Aruba stay. Frode helped us with many things from the very beginning. Once we spoke about the villa with him, he started helping and giving us detailed suggestions to make our trip the best and with ease. The villa is literally mins away from everything. No need to go anywhere else. Definitely coming back to Aruba. And definitely renting from Frode. Thank you very so much Frode, hopefully we meet next time on the next trip.

Perfect!

The property is modern and spacious. We stayed in the master on second floor. It had gorgeous views, a modern beautiful bathroom and access to a private balcony. The pool and grounds were fantastic. We grocery shopped and cooked some meals at home in the modern kitchen and grilled out back. The location was perfect. Just minutes from multiple beaches and more restaurants than you could ever eat at in one visit. We rented a car and explored the whole island. Frode was very kind and accommodating. Great place, great island, and great vacation!

Absolutely amazing house in a great neighborhood with a wonderful host!

Cannot say enough wonderful things about this property. I was there with my two adult children -- with three bedrooms we all had our own (HUGE) spaces and yet the common areas are so great to hang out in. The couch in the living room was amazing for naps -- and the tv has every movie on it you could want to watch. The backyard is incredible. The pictures do not do the pool justice. Being five minutes max from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world (Arashi!) and then coming back, jumping in the pool, and then showering in the outside bathroom (yes, a whole bathroom outside) was a daily routine for us. The kitchen had everything we need for cooking and the AC was lovely when needed. The host was fantastic -- I'm sure he regretted giving me his cell number because I had about 500 questions. He answered every one and gave great recommendations for what to do -- we did everything he recommended, from where to get a COVID test to what beaches to try. He even booked us a snorkeling trip (that was the highlight of our vacation) and told us where to park when we got to the beach. I can't wait to get back to Aruba and stay in this house again -- great, safe neighborhood in a perfect location for everything. Aruba is absolutely amazing! Thank you Frode!

AMAZING

Our overall experience at Villa Esmeralda was excellent. The owner was very responsive and eager to help in any way possible. The villa was BEAUTIFUL and so spacious. It is great for families or friends. Our favorite part was the pool. We would definitely recommend this villa to anyone traveling to Aruba and would definitely rent again.
