Minimalistic
Pros: Easy trip to Superfoods, Eagle Beach, Palm Beach. Few rooms, not overcrowded like Palm Beach madhouse. Quiet. Relaxing. Owner quickly responds to needs. BBQ on site. Clean pool. Hot water for shower. Beach chairs, cooler and towels for a trip. College dorm room size fridge.Cons: shower and kitchen sink is too small for fixtures. When we took a shower water ended up all over the floor as it was very hard to contain the water in the shower. When we tried to wash dishes, water got all over the counter while attempting to rise dishes.No hot water in sink (which is apparently common in Aruba). No actual stove top, just a hot plate that looks like something from the 1980s. Induction hot plate would have made me feel safer using.There are no frills in the kitchen. This is the first VRBO that I've stayed in where there is literally nothing to use for cooking beyond pans and nothing for storing some leftovers. We tried to cook pancakes and not one bowl for mixing. The kitchen consists of exactly no more than necessary to eat a dinner. This is the most minimalist VRBO I've ever stayed.Would I recommend and stay again, probably, but with some warnings about what you're getting into when it comes to the shower and kitchen.
