"Everything about the Holiday Inn and Aruba is beyond excellent! We've been coming here since 2018 and we will continue to come every year because the staff, the venue, the restaurants, the beach, everything is perfect! We always have so much fun at the bars with Jacqui, Victor, Calvin, Andres....everyone! They are all amazing! The servers at the restaurants are incredible! Ana kept our room extremely clean. We love it! "

"I don’t normally give 5stars for hotel stays but the Ritz is by far the exception! The staff was beyond terrific! Every single person we came in contact w made us feel welcome, special and pampered! We especially loved the pool and cabana staff! Shaniqua and Jean Carlo were standouts! Also, Andrew and Jensen in the sushi bar. Superb!!"

"Loved the size and space of accommodations. Housekeeping was very kind and professional. Staff was hit or miss. Location was fantastic, with both Passions beach front bar/restaurant and Horizons bar having great cocktails and food. I really wish you could get a poolside drink in the afternoon (can walk across the street and get one on the beach, I guess) Overall, the beachfront shade with direct access to the beach, and a quiet hotel that is still walkable or a 10 minute taxi to main areas is definitely worth it. And the Superfood Market was amazing Will warn that the construction makes the hotel a little less beautiful, but that won't last forever."
