コンディショナーなし、浴槽なし。部屋前の廊下照明の人感センサーのタイマー設定が短く、部屋のカードキーをすぐに出さないと、廊下が真っ暗になる可能性がある。 スタッフ対応素晴らしい。

クリーニングは2日に1回とのことでしたが、ヴィラに滞在していないとしてくれない。 交換してくれるタオルは少し臭い。バスマットの公開もしてくれない。 我々が訪れた時は、共用プールやビーチクラブ、レストランも閉鎖。その事前のアナウンスも無し。 場所とプール付きという点ではコスパは良いが、良いサービスを受けようと思うならやめたほうがいい。

We stayed in a three-bedroom villa at this resort for three nights with our family of five. The villa was spacious, spotless, and luxurious, making our stay extremely comfortable. Both the private beach and the swimming pool were beautiful and well maintained. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and we also enjoyed the complimentary happy hour each afternoon and evening, with unlimited drinks and snacks. Everyone in our family was very satisfied. All of the staff, both men and women, were warm, friendly, and welcoming throughout the resort, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We are especially grateful to Eric, who looked after us from check-in to check-out. His attentive and thoughtful service truly made a difference. This is a resort we would definitely love to visit again.
