There is also a shower room and a separate toilet. Utility room with washing machine. Bicycle storage. Dishwasher, microwave, 3-burner ceramic hob, refrigerator with freezer compartment, flat-screen TV. Garden furniture with parasol, gas barbecue, 3 sun loungers - Very nice and large wooden terrace - There is some overlooking from the front courtyard with another house opposite - Parking for 2 cars on the property - 1 pet allowed (please do not allow the pet on the sofas or beds; a basket is provided) - Cleaning service available: €115.

On the island of Noirmoutier, you can go at low tide to the Passage du Gois. Fish for clams and cockles. Taste all the seafood, fish and the famous new potato, the "Bonnotte" depending on the season. Several pine and holm oak forests are located in 3 places on the island by the sea. In Barbâtre and La Guérinière, pine forests and the holm oak forest in the north of the island, Plage des Dames, at Bois de la Chaize.
You can also relax on our beautiful sandy beaches, take long bike rides on our many cycle paths. And, if you want to get off the island and spend a day in one of the big cities in France, Nantes is 1 hour away.
