"We stay here every time we come to Sierra Vista and it never disappoints between the daily beverage. They give you the popcorn in the evening and the breakfast is phenomenal. Room is always clean. Comfortable. I recommend this hotel for us over any of the others in the city"

"Nice room. Paid extra for a view of the mountains. My view was of the parking lot and the dumpster. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. I was disappointed that there was no bathtub in the bathroom. The front desk said tubs were only in the suites. The restaurant was ending seating soon when we arrived around 6. Check in staff was helpful in giving us directions to area restaurant. Breakfast was good and a variety of food offered. Staff was friendly. Hotel had a sign saying recently renovated."

"The front desk staff were super friendly and very helpful. The room was actually a really nice layout. Everything was clean. It is definitely an older property though, the air conditioning units were kind of falling apart. But they worked which is nice. The only two things I would criticize was that the hot water was hit and miss in the shower, and the property is just in a bad location with lots of sketchy people running around in the parking lot. That's not their fault, but if you're looking for something a little quieter and safer, I would recommend someplace else. All in all, thanks to the friendly staff and the nice layout of the room, I would stay here again."

"The place was dirty. Our showerhead in our room needed replacing the air conditioner was noisy. The couch had spots on it and stains. I didn’t know what that was about and the carpet was terrible if you moved on the bed and made a lot of noise, not staying here no more."
