「We booked weeks in advance. When we arrived, Heather gave us the address to a property that we did not book. She rented the treehouse out from under us and told us she was “upgrading us” to another house she owned. It was too late to find another place to stay so we checked in to a very dirty, run down house. There was a debris-filled tub on the back deck, broken glass everywhere and the outdoor cushions were filthy. The interior was dark, dirty and dingy. We didn’t sit on the indoor couch...

We had an issue with the living room tv cutting out repeatedly and then an issue with bedroom smoke alarm going off during the night on two different nights disturbing our sleep. My girls loved the hot tub but outdoors could have been a little more cleaned up as there were sticks and sticker weeds. But otherwise was a decent stay.」
