「The property was very inviting and comfortable. My husband and I stayed with my parents for 5 days. The back patio is great for morning coffee and peaceful vibes! Our little dog loved the yard and we all felt at home.」

「Our stay at Timbers too was good. The back porch, which is where the hot tub and grill are is through the master bedroom. The back porch was much smaller than expected with lots of cob webs on all the seating, tables and even the hot tub cover. We had to sweep everything off before we could enjoy the back porch. Lighting is another issue on the back porch. The grill is in the corner and is completely dark, there are 2 lights but 1 only worked if plugged in, we had to use an extension cord from...

「It was ok do to it was a last I had not been clean so to a issue with prior renters. But still didnt offer to clean」

「Overall very outdated. Mold in upstairs shower (I can send a picture). killed a spider in upstairs vanity sink; not enough towels/washrags for 2 adults for a 4 night stay; towels very old and smelled a little mildewy; needed extra blankets; coffee pods would be nice to use in the Keurig; sugar etc. for coffee/tea; outside was a little trashy, needed a good cleaning; extra trash bags would have been needed if we had actually cooked there. Better soap, lotion, shampoo and creme rinse would be...

「We truly appreciate the option to stay here for our trip. The mountain views and the ability to stay in a home were important to us. Thank you for allowing us to stay here.」

「Everything was great except for the beds. Very uncomfortable.」

「My first time rent with Vrbo and it was excellent, cabin was great, good condition and easy access, very spacious, nice rooms, especially the living room area, I'll be contacting Vrbo for our future trips in Ruidoso NM, thank you'll for giving me and my family a wonderful experience」

「Great stay!」

「Very nice place and excellent condition 」

「We really liked this place. Wish we could’ve stayed another couple nights! The view from the deck is amazing. Beds were huge and comfy. Upstairs is where the kitchen and living room and deck are located, and there’s an AC unit on the wall that works fast. Bedrooms are windows and ceiling fans, no AC, but it was fine. Highly recommend it.」
