Everything from the staff, amenities, and cleanliness of the room was excellent . The location is a bit away from Umeda and Dotonbori but they are both a short train ride away. The entrance to the Metro is directly beside the entrance to the hotel so access is very easy.

Con Breakfast area small. At basement, low ceiling. Many guests had to queue for very long to get in (30mins). We loved this property. The room we booked was big enough for all our luggage and a lot bigger than other rooms in the area! It’s next to a 7/11 as well and this made it perfect for late night Konbini runs! :)

Room size is big, good for travel with friends and family. Interior is a little dated. Only have washer no dryer so there is that issue, but there is coin laundry close by in 5 minutes where it does drying. Location is not too bad, close to main area of Osaka.
