"DELUXE room paid for not allocated. Staff lied about the villa we were allocated, apparently deluxe villas are only available if club Wyndham members haven’t taken up them up. Customers not told the truth about at time of booking. Deceitful practice!!"

"Lovely room , clean and spacious however staff were mean and the way they speak to us were poor. We had to checkout at 10am , we end up checking out 10:15 and received multiple calls from staff speaking very rude. I don’t think 15 minute makes a huge difference however she made a big deal out of it and we didn’t like it to be honest. "

"We had a wonderful week at Philip Island. The holiday house was clean with the added bonus of a new barbecue, big bathroom and a smart TV. Perfect location for visiting the Penguins, Red Rocks Beach, and Cows. Loved seeing the animals in the farm behind the fence. We will definitely return."

"Great house, very close to the beach and everything we needed, with an amazing selection of toys and activities. Host was super helpful and accomodating, allowing me to change my dates due to a funeral and not charging me extra to do it. Karen also gave us early check in and late check out. We would love to stay in the future. "

"Great location with sea views, the house is a short walk to the beach. Upstairs and downstairs are separate which is great if you have older kids or two groups. The house had everything we needed and communication with the host was excellent. "
