「The house was amazing and the perfect size for a large group we had 4 children under the age of twelve and thirteen adults. We all were able to get a room to ourselves and not feel like everyone was on top of each other the whole time. It was a perfect secluded spot great for a now 4 year old birthday party celebration. Very much recommend spot and we will be coming back!」

「Randy came right away to help with a clogged toilet, and stayed in touch with us to be sure all was well. The only complaint I, personally had, was the lack of water pressure in the showers, but it wasn't enough to dim our family vacation trip. 」

「Enjoyed the vastness and layout of the home which is only 30 minutes to the Comal river, which was the reason for our trip. We had 3 families with 8 17+YO kids. Everyone had plenty of room to spread out and the ground level playroom was fantastic with pool, grill, ping pong and pool table, and so much more. Beds were comfortable and clean. A/C worked wonderfully. 」
