This gorgeous creek-side Interlachen townhome has three bedrooms, and two full bathrooms which can easily sleep up to six guests. Interlachen Townhome 3 is a popular vacation spot for families and groups, who love the aesthetics of Interlachen Townhome 3. It will be easy to feel refreshed and rejuvenated when you're staying at Interlachen 3, because of the beautiful interiors that feel like home and the detailed exterior that will have you wanting to spend as much time outside as possible. Make it a priority to enjoy your morning brew by the floor to ceiling windows, where you are surrounded by serene nature views. Grill up a delicious dinner on the propane grill or tell old family stories around a lit outdoor firepit while watching the sunset. Play a not-so-friendly game of Cards Against Humanity, while the kids are hanging out with friends on the playground. Interlachen 3 is a picture-perfect vacation spot; one where old family memories are shared, and new ones are created.

THE BASICS: No smoking, house parties, no pets, damage, excessive noise or disturbing neighbors. Primary renter must be at least 25 years old. *Pets are NOT allowed in our properties.
SMART-LOCK SYSTEM: All Gull Lake Beach Resort properties are secured with Smart-Lock systems located on the front door and potentially throughout the unit. The 4-digit access code is unique to each reservation and should never be shared.
GUEST COMMUNICATION: After you book your reservation, you will receive a booking confirmation email along with your reservation specific rental agreement, that needs to be e-signed and returned before your check-in date. 48-hours prior to your check-in date, you will be emailed your check-in information that includes critical information for your stay. We are happy to provide check-in information earlier than 48-hours upon request and returned signed rental agreement.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE: We recognize that planning a trip can be stressful, so we want to ease your mind by breaking up the payments! If your booking is less than 120 days prior to check-in, the deposit will be 75% due at time of the booking instead of what's listed below. If booking within less than 60 days of your stay, payment is due in full at time of booking. We are also more than happy to accept payments in smaller increments if reservation follows traditional payment schedule that is shared below.

DAMAGE FEE BREAKDOWN: Security Fee: In lieu of a security deposit (with exception), we provide up to $3,000 of damage protection for $79 plus taxes. This VRD fee is required and non-refundable. This plan covers unintentional damages to the rental unit interior that occur during the renter's stay, provided they are disclosed to management prior to check-out. Any damages that exceed $3,000 plus applicable fees will be charge to the credit card on file.

SUPPLY STARTER KIT: Our Starter Kit includes a roll of paper towels, dish sponge, dishwasher pods, trash bags, dish soap, a small pack of coffee, laundry detergent, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. It is just enough to get you started in our rentals, so you can relax first and visit the store later!
