"Restaurant did not open yet, so I had not breakfast. Modern Hotel. TV only with channels in Arabic, other channels were not contracted. Room was not cleaned during my 3 day stay, perhaps I should have put a sign at my door, these were available. Neighborhood is not the nicest."

"Amazing customer service by the Reception staff, especially Ibrahim, who went out of his way to help me book a travel ticket as I was not able to do so. He also kindly upgraded me to a suite, a very generous gesture. Even though I only stayed a night and couldn't use any amenities, I had a great experience and felt at home !"

Hotel is clean with friendly staff although the receptionist was not fully aware with the rules of accommodation regarding foreigners and needed to call somebody to make sure that a man and a lady can accommodate the same room without the need to request a proof of marriage."
