"Rough area, lots of drug deals and users in the parking lot, lobby, streets. Front desk did not allow us to use the restroom after we drove over 4hours to get there, plus no early check in. When I finally was allowed to check in I got charged again, given a room that wouldn’t allow us to enter with our room key so we needed to be escorted. The hallways stunk like a wet dog or a failed attempt to clean up vomit. The room stunk like cigarettes. The bed was hard, very uncomfortable to sleep. One step up from a queen size cot. We were only given 2 towels for the four of us that checked in. My son clogged the toilet and handed a plunger from the front desk but they at least had gloves on. This place over charges for what they deliver. I would not recommend this place for a family."

"The place was charming and the room very comfortable and spacious. It had everything you need. The only complaint I would have is that because it is an old Victorian, every window and door is loos and there is no insulation whatsoever. That means that you can hear every sound from every room and even with a breeze the windows and doors rattle all night. I guess that's what old Victorians are like."

"We had an amazing stay at the Heritage Estate in Arroyo Grande! The home is absolutely beautiful — very spacious inside and out, with a gorgeous yard and relaxing back porch that was perfect for our family gathering. It comfortably accommodated our whole group for my son’s 18th birthday weekend.The house had everything we needed, including two pool tables and two refrigerators, which made hosting so much easier. It was also a very short drive to ride the ATVs we rented on Sunday, which made the weekend even more fun and convenient.The only suggestion we would make is adding TVs to the additional bedrooms, as there are currently only two in the home (family room and master bedroom). Other than that, everything was wonderful, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely come back!"

"The host was very attentive and accommodating. The house was huge with great amenities. The hot tub was a hit in the cooler weather and the indoor pool was great to swim laps. There’s a little dog area out back which is so unique! "
