"The view from the living room of this home was spectacular and we thoroughly enjoyed the moose with calf that visited each day. The house was large enough and well equipped enough for three couples traveling together. The only issue we had was that we initially had no heat or hot water. The host was very responsive but the problem was not fully resolved until the second evening of our three night stay. "Beautiful location. Everything great. There were Kleenex and paper towels. Washer and dryer inside the Glacier View cabin- very handy. Good sized closets and pantry. Just to avoid any disappointment- the MBR has no window coverings if you are light sensitive. Steps to upstairs are steep if you have mobility issues. Otherwise, it has everything you need and some lovely walks on the property."

"Property & apartment was very nice ! Gorgeous views w/ a reasonable price next to a nearby beach & less than an hour away to Homer, AK ! Some amenities such as a Grill, a tv for the late night hours & a toaster would’ve been good but overall it was a nice, conditsvke sfsf. Bed was great too…. There’s a definite odor that’s noticeable upon walking in but no specific area located . It could be Alaska well water or mold somewhere down below in the garage ? We burned a cable & opened the slider.& it dissipated off & on. Overall a good price & stay :) Very quiet & in the country…."

"Some how I ended up with this room, with a balcony. I never planned on this, I purchased a pair of Cl companion 8x30 binoculars to take somewhere and I ended up here, with a balcony, overlooking Kachemak Bay. They shared how they kept up the grounds for “US” I realized what water I use, goes 20 yards. It’s a fishing lodge. That’s before you fish. You’re in a pristine environment that eagles use to hunt. It’s a beautiful and comfortable place however you could possibly see it, as you settle in, and fish. I’m already making my plans to stay, Alaska is where I’m actually from and this is what I got."
