「We actually stayed here last year and came back again because its very comfortable and everything is provided such as kitchen utensils and laundry detergent with washing machine, as part of the room! The beds are very relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. Highly recommend for a great stay and very family friendly as well. 」

「This was the best location. Walking distance to the train station and many more things. Food options and 7/11 literally around the corner. Very quiet and so safe. You feel at home. The place was clean and very cozy. The host was very responsive. I needed to extend my last day for a couple hours and they were very helpful with that. 」

「The place is clean with tiny shower. I hate the check-in process and the time (10am out, 3pm in which is cheating). I like the surrounding area with many restaurants. It's not English's friendly area, btw. The area is clean. I did not see any roach after 3 days when 1 sneaked under the broken door seal (I killed it so it's safe now:)」

「The apartment was very convenient to go anywhere since the hub station, Shinbashi was only 5min on foot. Also we could walk to Imperial palace and a famous shopping district, Ginza. And there were many kinds of restaurants around the house from Ramen, Sushi restaurants, Izakaya to a beer restaurant, Italian, Chinese... I didn’t have any problems to find places to eat. The room was very clean and the best thing was a basket of complimentary Japanese snacks!」

「There are sanitary issues. I heard and saw rats. There were bunch of trash bags by an entrance. A bathroom had very strong smells. I had to leave there in the second day. The owner didn’t reply and fix problems. 」

"Very conveniently located in the heart of town. So close to everything. Easy to travel. The hotel itself is very nice and equipped with everything that you might needs, wonderful restaurants, especially. I was in need of an adapter to plug in my water floss, which needs a round-pin socket. I could not find it anywhere in many stores, but it was provided in my room in the hotel. It seems that the hotel anticipates the needs of guests. Nonetheless, the only complaint I might have is, I tried to make a reservation for a (paid) buffet breakfast / Brunch at the hotel restaurants but none was avaialble. I wish that the hotel provides special reservation for hotel guests. "
