Villa Queen

The fairytale Villa "Queen" is located in the heart of the historic town of Nin, in a location that captivates every guest with its typical Dalmatian surroundings and Mediterranean oasis.

In the yard there is a mini "summer kitchen", table and chairs for dining, a corner for rest, while under the covered terrace there is a counter-current pool of 20 m2 with hydromassage. In the winter months, the pool is closed and heated.

The interior of the villa is divided into a ground floor and a first floor.

On the ground floor there is a bedroom with its own bathroom and a walk-in cabin. From the room there is an exit to the terrace where there is a swimming pool.

The kitchen is fully equipped. There is also a dining room and a living room, and another bathroom with a walk-in shower and a Finnish sauna.

Internal stairs lead to the first floor, where there is another bedroom with its own bathroom, from which there is an exit to a beautiful terrace with a view of the sea, a dining table, lounge furniture and deck chairs. The special charm of this terrace is given by two hundred-year-old olive trees, which fit perfectly into the entire ambience.

Guests have at their disposal a TV-LCD clock, Wi-Fi, Playstation 5, ceiling heating and cooling of the entire interior, Yamaha stereo sound throughout the house, at the pool and in the yard.
