Valoración de la casa

Al principio todo parecía bien, le comunicamos a la encargada de la casa de la posibilidad de salir más tarde( parace que no se lo comentó a la propietaria) y intentamos de ordenar y tirar la basura( a pesar de solo dejar una bolsa de basura, porque las otras dos estaban rotas y que en el precio del alquiler esta los gastos de limpieza) así que usamos de nuestras bolsas para organizarlo todo, también insiste en que éramos 10 personas y no es así ( nose como ella verificará eso) . En fin la casa está muy bien pero los cargos que se nos añaden no tienen fundamento.

Vacaciones en familia en una gran casa

Hemos pasado una semana en familia en esta maravillosa casa. La verdad es q la casa es como se muestra en las fotos, es muy comoda a pesar de las escaleras, tiene amplias estancias, cocina bien equipada, tiene aire acondicionado en toda la casa cosa, piscina terraza y pérgolas fenomenales para estar tranquilos por las tardes y hacer cenas en el exterior. Corine la propietaria contesto a nuestras dudas rápido y con exactitud. Tuvimos un problema con la piscina q se vació mucho de agua y no funcionaba del todo bien pero Julio se tendría ncargo de supervisarla cada día, muy atento la verdad/ Ha sido una estancia genial. Recomendamos la casa al 100%. Si volvemos a Las Negras seguro q repetimos. Merci beaucoup Corine.

Comentario estancia

Fuimos de fin de semana largo unas amigas. La casa es muy grande y bonita. Demasiadas escaleras para mi gusto, pero dada su ubicación, es inevitable. La persona que recibió al primer grupo que llegó fue desagradable en exceso. Entiendo que el estrés ocasionó tal comportamiento, pero los clientes no tienen por qué pagar los problemas entre propietarios y encargados. Además, un día de buena mañana, entró en la casa, sin previo aviso, el encargado de la piscina. No llamó a la puerta y nos dio un susto de muerte. Creo que estos detalles son subsanables, y futuros inquilinos agradecerán que no se vuelvan a producir. Por lo demás, estuvimos muy a gusto.
