Apartment Lighthouse View is located on the 8th floor allowing you to enjoy stunning views throughout your stay!



Upon entering the apartment, you enter through a glass door into the spacious living room where all attention immediately leads to the private balcony with stunning views of the pier and the nature reserve 'The Ijzermonding'. The balcony has comfortable outside furniture so you can spend hours enjoying the view with a coffee, a glass of wine or an outside breakfast/dinner.



From the spacious living room you have direct access to the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a toaster, kettle, freezer, oven and microwave. The available dishwasher is an added bonus!



The master bedroom has its own sink and double bed. The second bedroom has a double bed and bunk beds. This makes the apartment perfect for you and your family. From both bedrooms you enjoy a beautiful open view over the 'Prins Mauritspark'! Perfect for total relaxation!



The large family bathroom has a bathtub, toilet and double sink.

PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:

If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of € 300. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Quality bed linen and towels for in the kitchen and bathroom are provided in this accommodation.



CLEANING:

Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.



CONSUMPTION:

Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.



CONTROL:

The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately.
