Dockside Floor, Hamptons style II at the harbor

This twin apartment Dockside (located just across Boathouse Floor) has a very comfortable setup for 6 people. also located just a small stroll along the boardwalk of the Nieuwpoort Marina. With the ground floor it comes also with a garden area, totally equipped with high end furniture and lots of sun light throughout the day. An open kitchen area and large dining room table with seating up to 6 people. The open living room space invites you for relaxing family moments.
We have 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a tub/shower. The master has 1 double bed and acces to a small balcony. The 2nd bedroom has a bunkbed with 2 double beds. This all comes with a private garage included.

This apartment is a TWIN who can be easily rented out with the opposite apartment `Boathouse Floor`, so up to 12 people in total can sleep.

Beds made with quality bedding from Belgian soil, namely the Witte Lietaer provided per guest. If more beds have to be made than the number of guests foreseen, please let us know in advance. Soft and thick bath towels are provided for each guest. One large and one small towel per stay of less than 7 days.
Welcome pack: - There is a Nespresso/Senseo or Dolce Gusto machine and some capsules provided during your stay. - Bath products such as shampoo, conditioner and shower gel - A kitchen package: Olive oil, pepper & salt, hand washing detergent, dishwashing liquid, 2 kitchen towels, kitchen cloth and a kitchen sponge, garbage bag and dishwasher tablets. Cosy and comfortable

We spent 10 days, the weather was not good so we stayed a lot in the apartment. It was nicely prepared with Christmas decorations, which immediately gave warmth for our stay. The garage is the closest one to the elevator, which was convenient. I could place my bike in the garage next to my long car. The second bedroom for 4 is narrow. So a bit tight for 4 adults who would stay several nights. With the cold weather the bathtub was much appreciated. The communication and welcome guide was very easy. Thank you Vanessa and congrats for the professionalism.The location is great, closer to the village than the seaside. Parking in the street is free of charge.
