Stayed around 7 times now for business… Always enjoy going back.. Train station is a nice 10 minute walk from the hotel.. Staff are always great and helpful.. Would always recommend the hotel.. Already looking forward to going back in a few months time.

As a solo female traveller, I had a great stay here. It was basic and clean and safe feeling. There are some pubs and restaurants near the hotel and it was about 15 minutes walk to buses and train. I had a very lovely stay and would recommend and go again!

Modern smart hotel

Well located hotel with ample free parking. Reception was great with smartly dressed, efficient and friendly staff. Our room was on the ground gloor, easily accessed. On entering it appears impressive with smart new furniture and modern design. It was a very spacious room benefiting from a huge queen sized bed. Facilties included a wet room and a great coffee machine! Our only critic is the lightning. For the size of the room it really requires more ceiling lamps and switched over the luggage area and vanity unit. We gave it 9/10 . With lighting improved woukd score 10/10

Wifi was not working for 4 days during my 6 days stay. I claimed but the staff was not supportive. There was another hair inside new towel. Desk light was not working. Sink was leaking.

Hotel is stylish and easily accessible by car with free onsite parking which is hard to find in Netherlands. Room were cleanish, though the draws needed wiping as they were covered with dust. Pillows were the worst, literally had zero firmness causing a sore neck the next day. Church bells ringing nonstop and the walls seem to be quite thin as we'd hear running, stomping and laughing from our room so noise levels are a nuisance too. Lastly, we were made to pay an additional fee on check-in without prior notice which was rediculous.

Enttäuschender Aufenthalt – Vorsicht bei E-Bike-Verleih! Wir haben über das Hotel zwei E-Bikes gemietet – eines davon ist auf halber Strecke einfach ausgefallen. Das hat unseren Tagesausflug völlig ruiniert. Besonders enttäuschend war das Verhalten des Personals, vor allem einer blonden Dame um die 50 an der Rezeption: arrogant, kein einziges Wort der Entschuldigung, keinerlei Interesse, sich das Problem überhaupt anzusehen. Uns wurde auch keine Notfallnummer mitgegeben, um bei einer Panne jemanden zu erreichen – absolut unverantwortlich. Trotz der Panne wurden uns die 55 Euro für den kaputten E-Bike-Verleih vollständig berechnet. Ich habe den Vorfall gefilmt und mein Rechtsschutz ist bereits eingeschaltet. Ein Hotel, das bei Problemen so mit seinen Gästen umgeht, kann ich definitiv nicht empfehlen.

Logeren in Zuid Holland met de hond. Dit hotel is een uitstekende uitvalsbasis voor de kust en voor activiteiten in binnenland. De business kamer bevat alle faciliteiten en airco.

Prima plek als je iets in Nieuw Vennep hebt te doen. De bedden zijn prima, de kamer netjes. De kitnaden in de badkamer mogen wel wodrden opgenapt. Voor de veiligheid zou antislip in het bad aan te raden zijn. De douche zelf was heerlijk. Er kan op deze kamer nog wel iets met de duurzaamheid. Ouderwetse gloeilamp in het nachtlampje. Halogeen, die het overigens niet deed, op het bureau. Al met al wel een goede kamer voor een overnachting.

Aan de balie had ik graag wat meer info gehad over de bar , en wat er allemaal rond het hotel te vinden is , en mogelijkheden over wandelen en fietsen. Receptioniste was Engelstalig en kon niet veel uitleg geven denk ik.
