"The hotel is full of old people who are not happy at all to see younger families or people from other countries who do not understand German. Very grumpy people (including reception and restaurant/breakfast) and not polite. Do not smile, do not apologise or say thank you. Also, do not answer if you said thank you. "We had a wonderfully relaxing stop. Well positioned for the train station and for exploring the area on the train. The room was very comfortable and clean, the pool area very inviting and the breakfast had a good variety. The family run establishment would do everything they could to make the stay more comfortable if you asked them. Not the hotel’s fault - but note that although it looks like there are lots of establishments around for dinner they don’t necessarily follow the hours you see on the internet. The hotel did have to help us out one night when all the restaurants had closed early since they were not so busy. I would recommend going out early to eat."
