Schöne Ferienwohnung mit tollem Garten

Schon zum zweiten in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung ein tolles Wochenende verbracht und bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal! Hier stimmt alles- die Ferienwohnung ist schön und groß und der tolle Garten und Terrasse lässt einen herrlich zur Ruhe kommen. Vielen lieben Dank, liebe Fina.

Echt schön!

Wir wurden von der Vermieterin herzlich begrüßt. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Eine tolle Terrasse, urigen Garten ... einfach toll😃.

Wohlfühloase

In der Wohnung fühlten wir uns sofort wohl. Wohnung und Garten sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Für bis zu drei Personen ist mehr als genug Platz. Hier lässt es sich gut verweilen. Der Kontakt mit unsere Gastgeberin Fina war sehr angenehm. Sie war immer zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

Kurzurlaub mit 100% Wohlfühlfaktor

Mein Mann, unsere Hunde und ich durften für knapp 2 Tage Finas Gäste sein. Schon vor dem eigentlichen Aufenthalt, war Fina immer für Fragen erreichbar, unheimlich hilfsbereit und freundlich. Als wir dann dann vor Ort waren wurden wir herzlich empfangen und unsere Vierbeiner schienen nicht einfach nur geduldet sondern von ❤️ willkommen zu sein. Die Ferienwohnung ist wunderschön eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht zum wohlfühlen. Der Blick in den wunderschönen Garten hat uns unheimlich gut gefallen und bei Sonnenuntergang auf der Terrasse zu sitzen war ein Traum! Sollte ich demnächst wieder mal eine Fortbildung im Raum Kassel besuchen, weiß ich jetzt schon wo wir buchen werden! Vielen Dank für Alles Fina! 🙋‍♀️🙋🐺🐺

Sehr enttäuschend

Wir haben in diesem Ferienhaus eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung gemacht. Das betrifft zunächst die Heizung. Sie kann vom Mieter nicht reguliert werden und während unseres Aufenthaltes war es im Haus zu kalt (draußen war es auch sehr kalt). Als wir nachts (23:00 Uhr) den Thermostat einstellen wollten, war die ganze Anlage plötzlich stumm. Die Vermieterin hatte uns zwar vorher gesagt, dass wir die Thermostatknöpfe an den Heizkörpern nicht berühren sollten. Eine Alternative war aber nirgends beschrieben. Dann eine sehr aggressive, unfreundliche und beleidigende Vermieterin, die uns mit hohen Kosten drohte und wollte, dass wir sofort das Haus verlassen. Wir versuchten zu reden und eine Lösung zu finden. Schließlich durften wir bleiben und es sollte ein Techniker kommen. So schliefen wir eine weitere Nacht in dieser feindseligen Atmosphäre in einem kalten Haus und die Vermieterin meldete sich bis zu unserer Abreise nicht mehr bei uns. Nach unserer Abreise erhielten wir innerhalb einer Stunde eine E-Mail mit einer Pauschalrechnung von 200 Euro, weil wir angeblich die Heizung manipuliert hätten. Unser Familienwochenende wurde also von einer aggressiven/unsympathischen und bösartigen Gastgeberin ruiniert. Wir sind alle sehr gestresst nach Hause gefahren. Bitte seien Sie vorsichtig, wenn Sie dieses Haus mieten. Im Kleingedruckten steht nämlich, dass sie Ihre Kreditkarte mit bis zu 350 Euro für entstandene Schäden belasten können (scheinbar ohne Rechnung). Das kann also missbraucht werden

Schöner Aufenthalt!

Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Eine schöne geräumige, saubere Wohnung, mit einer großzügigen Terrasse und einem schön angelegten Garten. Alles vor Ort vorhanden! Kommen gerne wieder.

Vielen Dank für die erholsame Auszeit

Wir haben vier Tage und drei Nächte an diesem wohlfühl Ort verbracht. Nicht nur ist die Wohnung wunderschön, sondern auch die Gastgeberin hat dafür gesorgt, dass wir am Liebsten da geblieben wären. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen-vielen Dank für alles!

Niedenstein 9.23

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit dort, bei traumhaften Wetter. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, die Gastgeberin super nett. Tolle Lage, sehr gut geschlafen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in nächster Nähe. Man konnte auch direkt von der Fewo los wandern. Toll war auch die tolle Terasse, wir es sehr genossen. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Wunderschöne moderne Ferienwohnung

Haben zu dritt ein paar Tage in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Alles da, was man braucht, Wohnung sehr groß und modern eingerichtet mit ganz viel liebe zum Detail. Riesige überdachte Terrasse und angrenzender Garten zum wohlfühlen. Das Zimmer für die dritte Person ist etwas klein, aber da man darin ja nur schläft, ist es völlig ausreichend. Ferienwohnung liegt super für Wanderungen in der Umgebung und in Kassel ist man mit dem Auto auch in 20min. Die Vermieterin ist super lieb und bei Fragen auch sofort erreichbar gewesen.
