"Really liked the room layout (2 queen beds). Staff was super friendly and learned our names. Pools were great. Sunset was outstanding! No jacuzzi. Food prices were reasonable because they included taxes and service charge."

"Secluded beach area was alot nice than other beaches on the island...meals were decent enough but far better than having to buy 3 meals a day..make sure u ask for the ocean view rooms(we were in 2000 building)--- they were magicent and view was magical!!...bar was good...pool was good...hotel is exactly as shown--- very stunning. Be mindful ubers can't drive in airport(they are illegal there) and taxis are pricier."

"Everyone at the Westin was incredibly accommodating and made our stay truly memorable. Some of the restaurants require same-day reservations, which can be difficult to secure, but the restaurant captains, Ivan Elizando and Sady, went above and beyond to help us book reservations at three different restaurants. We also had wonderful experiences with our drivers, Brian and Mario, who were friendly and professional throughout our stay. The aqua fitness class led by Eduardo and Samuel was energetic, engaging, and a lot of fun. Ernesto, who checked us in upon arrival, took the time to thoroughly explain the resort’s activities, amenities, and everything we needed to know to make the most of our vacation. We’d also like to recognize several outstanding staff members for their exceptional service: Alonso Vasquez and Jeremi at Mitra Market, Denis Reyes from Mitra who served at the dessert bar, and Christian from Cauri. Each of them was attentive, welcoming, and helped make every meal enjoyable. The Westin is exceptionally family-friendly, offering a wide variety of activities such as a silent disco, coffee tasting, Kids Club, painting classes, and multiple pools, ensuring there’s something for everyone. Overall, my family had an amazing experience, and we would absolutely recommend the Westin to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation."
