"Overall, everything was very good, and we had a great stay. One thing I would suggest is providing more information upfront when guests make the booking about the different all-inclusive levels or packages and what each one includes. For example, we later learned that guests staying under the Westin Family package have access to premium alcoholic beverages. Information like this should be clearly explained at the time of booking so guests understand exactly what is included with their package and can choose the option that best fits their needs. Other than that, we had a very good experience and enjoyed our stay."

"This hotel is a true gem. There is only a 5 minute walk to the beautiful Playa Hermosa. All the staff are friendly and accommodating and the restaurant serves high quality and delicious food. It is safe, tranquil, and exceptionally clean. The tropical gardens are beautifully maintained and my stay was amazing."

"This place was amazing!! My wife and I stayed for 4 days here and honestly my only complaint was the room. We stayed in room 602, the room is small and the shower was horrible since it's a Jacuzzi/shower combo. It was almost impossible to really shower since I'm 6 ft 2. The buffet was the only food option which was so good, the food was fresh and delicious. The bartenders really know how to mix a drink!!!! Caesar was our favorite!!! Since it was off season the resort was very quiet and relaxing. I will definitely be booking here again just not room 602"
