「The hotel is between 2 busy highways. Even with earplugs it was hard to sleep with the roar of traffic all night. Breakfast was okay but no dark roast coffee (only decaf or light roast). Overall, a disappointing stay for a Hampton and the premium price.」

「It was not walking distance to downtown Bristol, but it was not the hotel fault it was who I went thru rooms was clean ,staff was super breakfast was included it was good」

「Very nice room! The Halloween decorations were awesome and they really added to our stay. Nice outdoor area, a simple but perfect breakfast everyday, helpful and friendly staff. We will be back!」

「They were awesome. We ended up getting there later than expected and they worked with us!! Made our wedding weekend such an ease.」

「It was a great hotel. Getting the suite was definitely worth it. We would stay here again on our next visit.」

「Check in lady was helpful and very friendly. As soon as we got there the elevator was broke down, stuck on second floor. She was trying her best, running back and forth up the steps to fix it. No luck on that. We were only on the second floor, so not so bad getting up to the room. Well….obviously nobody looked at this one....

「Such a unique and historic building. It's amazingly clean kept up beautifully. The porches with the rockers saved my daughter n law being able to rock the baby before bed. Staff brought up a bed for him. Just a great place to stay」

「The room was very clean and quiet. My only problem was I wish people would understand handicap people's needs. My mom couldn't take a shower because was not handicap accessible. And only king rooms have walk in showers. My mom travels with my husband and I and we are not all sleeping together.」

「A Great Easy Location to get to & from to all of the eating establishments & attractions in the area. Upon check in, I was greeted warmly by a wonderful staffer, she made me feel welcome & offered any assistance during my Stay; later she gave me Fabulous Directions to the Conference I was attending + gave me a tasty menu recommendation when she gave me additional driving directions to meet friends for Dinner; she also directed me to the Airport the evening before I checked out.
