「The hotel was clean and the staff friendly and efficient. However, there was a bit of a lack of professionalism. I was traveling alone with my young daughter. Maybe because of this, they "upgraded" our room to a more secure section inside the hotel. The hotel itself is a kind of motel with rooms being accessed from outside doors. Apparently, there was a pool but we didn't use it or the exercise room and vending machines. 」
「The location was convenient. The bed was comfortable, but the fitted mattress pad and bottom sheet didn't fit well and kept coming off during the night. The cups supplied and sitting next to the coffee maker were too large to fit under the filter, so after I put water in I found that I could not put the cup in to catch it.」
