Just a few minutes' walk from the beach and Vieux Nice. Air-conditioning, Internet, smart TV, storage space. Secure, with elevator. The apartment has been completely renovated to offer a modern, comfortable space. It features a quiet bedroom overlooking an inner courtyard, with a queen-size double bed (160 cm). Perfect location to explore Nice

We needed to be in Nice for a few days to design the kitchen for an apartment currently being built. This place is right in the center of town and very easy to get everywhere.
Stayed 4 nights in May 2024
