Located in the heart of Nice, this studio can accommodate up to 3 people. Close to shops and transports, this flat is perfect in order to visit the city.

This luminous housing on the 2nd floor (with an elevator) consists of a living space of 30sq. The studio includes :
-a spacious living-room with a sofa bed and a single bed
-a well-equipped kitchen corner (coffee machine, oven, hot plates, fridge, kettle)
-a bathroom with a bathtub
-TV, Wi-Fi and reverse AC
-vacuum cleaner, washing machine, ironing equipment
-a wardrobe
-air conditioning
The accommodation doesn’t include a parking space but you can park on the “Nice-Etoile” Parking.

Want to have a walk? The place Massena is located at only 10 minutes away by foot from the accommodation, which is perfect if you want to visit the Old Nice.
Go to the beach (less than 15 min away by foot) and enjoy the sea breeze.
